Why I got into the beauty industry: After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Gwynedd-Mercy College in 2009 I decided I would start Cosmetology School. That’s when I realized doing hair was my true passion! In 2012 I took the leap and opened the doors to Salon Pazza Bella for the first time! I enjoy the continued relationships that I’ve built with my clients while having the opportunity to make them feel beautiful inside and out!
What I like to do in my spare time: Spend time with my family, cook, being creative, shopping, work on bettering my business.

Kelli - Stylist
Kelli has been a hairstylist for 10 years she grew up in the industry as a 3rd generation stylist (great grandmother & mom were/are stylists). Kelli has attended numerous color and cutting classes for Redken, L’Oréal, Matrix and Wella she offers cutting, color, foiling, balayage, waxing services. In 2011 she did an internship with Walt Disney World’s College Program, styling hair in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. What Kelli loves most about being a hair stylist is making people feel better about themselves and being able to build relationships with my clients!

Joe Pellechia - Master Barber
Joe first was interested in barbering at 19 years old. He started cutting hair in the basement of his parent’s house while working and going to school. At the age of 21, Joe decided to take the love for his craft to the next level where he enrolled in Barber school. Within 10 months Joe received his barber license at The West Chester School of Barbering. From there he worked on mastering the art of barbering while learning new techniques and keeping up with the latest trends of the modern day male. Joe also holds a Barber Managers license which allows him to further his career and open up more opportunities. Joe pays extreme attention to detail with his work and holds himself to a high standard in his career.
In his down time, Joe enjoys staying active. He loves to exercise and be healthy. He also enjoys being with his family and friends, checking out different restaurants in the area and making connections with people.
